BRIANA MARIN: 65' x 22' wood tug. PRICE DROP TO 49500! Absentee owner! This is a very nice tug and the seller is motivated. Another plus is that the tanks are almost full; she has almost 6000 gallons on board. BOW THRUSTER AS WELL. This boat was purchased by a railroad engineer who understands her engine and keeps her in top condition. New batteries even for the gensets - quite an expense was allocated. In 2005 she was hauled and there was over $20K spent on her at Fishermans Terminal in Seattle. She is reportedly very fuel efficient for a tug. Her hull has been checked and rechecked. Engine runs great. Great livaboard too. Shown by appointment only, please.
