Boat Roster
Please add boats & info and correct any errors, omissions, etc. by letting us know, and we'll update the list. We'd like to include pictures of all the boats, so if you have any you'd like to share here, please send them to us and we'll post them. Thanks!
Also, there are still lots of tugboats and workboats out there that we all see, but don’t know much more about. If you know someone who’s got a boat, fill us in and/or ask them to join us. We'd love to know more.
Click on boat name for more information, if available.

 | Length: Beam: Draft: 12 Hull: Built: 1944 Power: HP: Other Equipment: History/Notes: I own the M/V Challenger which is an ex Tug (1944) that was converted into a B&B and functioned as such for a number of years in Seattle. In the process of making her pretty again! Great Vessel! My friend purchased the "Challenger" three years ago at an auction. He and his wife put it up on the "hard", in Pt. Townsend, for several weeks making her ready for travel. She was somewhat neglected but she was still very solid. They then brought her up to Juneau, AK and have been living on her ever since. Over the past three years I have helped them with different projects. Since my friend has too many boats, he sold the "Challenger" to me. I am very excited to be able to care for her and continue the work to make her pretty once more. My family and I will be living aboard and eventually we would like to open her up as a B&B again, here in Juneau! It is funny how many people we have spoken to that have stayed on her when she was in Seattle! I have heard nothing but positive comments about their experience aboard, when she was a B&B. It is my hope to continue to create positive experiences with folks in the near future! Owner: Miles
